ET Jackson & Associates
2012 – 2014
As an advisor to E.T. Jackson and Associates, Karim Harji led a developmental monitoring and evaluation assignment of the Rockefeller Foundation’s Poverty Reduction through Information and Digital Employment (PRIDE) Initiative.
The project synthesized learning from innovative business models across 4 countries (Kenya, Ghana, South Africa, and India) that focused on job creation and skills training in the ICT/BPO sectors. These findings helped to inform program design and implementation considerations, and contributed knowledge products focused on market-based interventions and evaluation practice.
